Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time. This covers anything you sent us directly, anything you shared through our website, and anything that reached us from Facebook or Instagram, such as a message or comment to the Servalo Page or @servalo.io.

How to ask

1. Email hello@servalo.io with the subject Delete my data.
2. Include the name, email, phone number, or Facebook/Instagram name we would know you by.

What happens next

• We delete the information tied to you within 30 days and email you when it is done.
• If you called or texted an HVAC business that uses Servalo, that business controls those records. We will pass your request to them and act on it as their processor.
• We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as records of a payment, and we tell you if that applies.

Facebook and Instagram

You can also remove the Servalo app from your account at any time: on Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, and remove Servalo. That stops any further access. To delete what we already received, send the email above.
